Asio Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Orion & Taurus product ecosystem – mission-critical tactical systems used by front-line operators and intelligence teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Orion and Taurus
- Translate operational and customer needs into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs
- Lead system-level product definition, including workflows across mobile devices, PCs, and backend systems
- Drive cross-functional execution with Software, Hardware, QA, Program Management, and Delivery teams
- Define PRDs, epics, and user stories for mission planning, execution, GIS/3D data preparation, and device connectivity
- Support field trials, customer pilots, and product validations in challenging operational environments
- Ensure product quality, usability, and reliability in GNSS-denied, off-grid, and degraded-communication scenarios
- Work closely with customers (primarily IDF) throughout the product lifecycle
Key Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in product management for complex software/hardware systems, including 3+ years in a senior/lead role
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or similar
- Proven experience delivering mission-critical products in defense, aerospace, robotics, or industrial domains
- Strong systems mindset: multi-device environments, data synchronization, and backend integration
- Hands-on experience with PRDs, backlog management, and field testing • Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills • High proficiency in English (Hebrew – advantage)
- Eligibility for security clearance
- On-site role in Kfar Saba
