We are looking for a Manual QA & Operations Specialist to join our QA team in a role that combines technical operations with manual software testing.
This position is responsible for preparing Android devices and test environments, installing software builds and system configurations, maintaining test equipment, and supporting the day-to-day operation of the QA lab. During periods when setup and operational activities are complete, the successful candidate will perform manual testing on an advanced Android-based defense product.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to learn quickly, and a proactive approach to working in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Android devices for testing.
- Install software builds, applications, and system configurations.
- Prepare test equipment and test environments.
- Maintain QA lab equipment and testing devices.
- Execute manual QA testing on Android-based products.
- Report, document, and track software defects.
- Collaborate closely with QA, Development, and Integration teams.
- Ensure the quality, organization, and readiness of the testing environment.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in Manual QA testing – Must.
- Experience working with Android devices – Must
- Strong technical orientation and troubleshooting skills.
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Patient, service-oriented, and a strong team player.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Advantages
