We are looking for a highly motivated System Integrator to join our team and play a key role in deploying and optimizing our flagship navigation solution, NOCTA (NavGuard), in real operational environments.
NOCTA is a combat-proven visual-inertial navigation system designed for GPS-denied environments. By combining advanced electro-optical sensing and intelligent positioning technologies, it delivers reliable, drift-free navigation when traditional GNSS-based systems are unavailable or compromised.
In this role, you will work directly with customers, UAV platforms, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure successful integration, validation, and deployment of advanced airborne systems in Israel and abroad.
Responsibilities
- Lead integration activities between ASIO products and customer platforms.
- Operate and support UAV platforms as part of integration, testing, and field activities.
- Integrate advanced electro-optical technologies into airborne systems.
- Plan and execute field tests, trials, and validation activities.
- Analyze operational and test data to identify insights and drive performance improvements.
- Provide technical support during customer deployments, demonstrations, and evaluations.
- Present products and capabilities to customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product, and System Engineering teams to improve product performance and customer experience.
- Work with defense organizations and operational customers on strategic projects in Israel and abroad.
Requirements
- Proven experience in System Integration, field engineering, technical operations, or multidisciplinary testing.
- Hands-on experience leading integration processes and testing complex technological systems.
- Valid UAV pilot license with authorization to operate drones up to 25 kg.
- Strong technical background in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- High level of spoken and written English.
- Willingness to travel frequently in Israel and internationally.
Advantage
- Experience in the defense, aerospace, homeland security, robotics, or autonomous systems industries.
- Familiarity with electro-optical systems, UAV payloads, navigation technologies, or drone integration.
- Experience working directly with military, security, or operational customers.
- Experience supporting product demonstrations, evaluations, and customer-facing technical activities.
- Self-driven, hands-on approach with strong ownership and the ability to perform under pressure.
